A short film about gay youth suicide. ‘Trevor’ is set in 1981, following the life of 13-year-old Trevor through a series of his diary entries. The film won an Academy Award in 1994 for ‘best live action short’. Trevor is rejected by his school friends because of his sexuality and decides to take his own life.
