Extremely cute guy does some very nice youtube videos. In this clip John discusses people who say they wish they were straight or more particularly tell Tyra Banks that they want to be straight.
Much as I love John’s video I would discourage you from seeking out Tyra’s videos. Please don’t dignify her horrid programmes by watching them. I’ll summarise them for you: crazy narrow-minded woman is so far up her own arse that anything outside of her tiny mind is wrong. How she ever got a GLAAD award is totally beyond me! That’s pretty much it, DON’T watch Tyra. A much better way to spend your time is to peruse this wonderful site I’ve made for you!

p.s. I know loads of gays love Tyra. But personally, I really don’t like the way she’s so happy to nonchalantly use labels, and over-simplify really complex issues. The way she presents stuff as so black and white is really scary and in my mind, irresponsible.
Hey, thanks for posting this. Being gay, or Bi-sexual as I am. I tend to stay in the closet in many areas of my life. Like work, and certain family members. I am married with two AWESOME daughters and they all know and are accepting, M ywife of 23 years also lets me keep one Boyfriend. On the way to being who I am today, i HAD A LOT OF GUILT as you can well imagine. But I neveronce thought I could change who I was…nor do I want to! If their is true love involved you will most certainly win! The key will most certainly ALWAYS be acceptance!

Thanks for your comment Franko. It sounds as though you’re pretty content with your life now which is amazing. I think all of us experience various difficulties in life due to our sexuality, but overcoming those problems is what makes us stronger as people. As you say, overcoming our feelings of guilt/shame can sometimes be the biggest hurdle to being happy. I’m so glad you did! All the best :D
